The East Cup is Eastern Ontario's mountain bike race series. Focused on providing family friendly fun in the forest for the Kingston/Cornwall/Ottawa area.

Everyone from first time racers to pros are invited to come and join us for this fun and inclusive series with a distance and skill level for everyone!!
