An early start to a great 2011 riding season. After rave reviews in 2010 we are starting things off with what is sure to be a fun day of dusting the cob webs, re-connecting with the bike community and a great bbq. One or two laps of the 25k circuit is enough to get everyone smiling.
This cross country race starts with some double track and forest road and heads quickly into the Dufferin County Forest. After 6k the single track starts. It is fast and flowing with no rocks and lots of fun. The course is 65% single track and the last 2k are downhill to the line.
Course May Change on race day! And it definitely will! The course will be posted on saturday evening. We are waiting to see what the ever changing weather will bring.
As we are clearly not having the spring we did in 2010, the course will not be exactly as posted on the technical guide. It will be as close as is possible, and it will be fun. Keep an eye on our facebook page for the most up to date info.
